Highlighting text in After Effects isn't something you can do out of the box, there's no built in highlight function or even a built in underline function either! Bonkers.
Luckily though, After Effects lets developers like me create scripts that can do the hard work for you. So if you're looking for a way to easily highlight text or underline in After Effects then the highlight script is one for you.
