BAR BENDING/ BAR FORMING /BAR TWISTING MACHINE PROTOTYPE
This machine Prototype is multipurpose for Twisting, bending and forming bars ,Two gear boxes used ,one worm type for more torque input, and spur gearbox for work tool, and chain and sprocket for further reduction.
For modification single worm type gearbox with more ratio can be used instead of those mentioned and angle dial and rotations counter.
