Data Protection - You Do Not Exist (2000, UK)
Intimidating PIF about a data protection leaflet, which reminds me of those millennium bug ones from a year or so prior.
There's something quite unnerving about a robotic voice repeating "you have a criminal record" and "you are a child abuser... abuser... abuser" over shots of exasperated people in monochrome.
