I Switched From Steam Deck to PlayStation Portal for 7 days.
I switched from the Steam Deck to the PlayStation Portal to see what actually works better in real life.
Not a spec comparison. Not a benchmark test. Just real-world use.
In this video, I talk about:
• How the PlayStation Portal feels day to day
• Streaming performance and stability
• Battery life in real sessions
• Whether the Steam Deck still makes more sense in 2026
If you’re an adult gamer juggling work, family, and limited time, this is about which device actually fits around normal life.
The Steam Deck and PlayStation Portal solve different problems — but one of them surprised me.
Let me know in the comments: which would you pick right now?
