Puppet Warp is a wonderful distortion tool that enables you to easily bend and shape parts of your image. It is one of the most powerful distortion tools in Photoshop.
Puppet Warp offers a visual mesh that allows you to distort specific image areas while leaving other areas intact. You can use this tool to change Posture of a model, shaping hair and repositioning body parts or to make animation frames etc. You can distort the image by dragging over the pins that you create over the mesh.it is a little bit like the Liquefy filter.
