Flingin' & Swingin' Camera Glitch + Permanently Stuck - SpongeBob Lights Camera Pants
I've seen a few multiplayer playthroughs catch these bugs. Me and my friends also got them. These don't seem to be documented anywhere. Finally, here's a demonstration of these happening.
After respawning, if you stop grabbing before your bubble pops, the camera will stay stuck. When you are off-screen, the game will think you crashed even if you are still high up. If you grab a springy peg while the camera is stuck, it will be permanently stuck and both players lose control because they are out of view. You've basically lost the entire game and all you can do is rage quit.
Another thing I showed off is that the springy pegs always wait until the non-hanging player is directly below the peg before launching. Knowing how this sometimes results in widely inconsistent waiting times, I consider this a bug. The zoom effects do not affect the camera bug because the camera's internal state is not changed when the view is zoomed out. The camera will get stuck either way.
The Take 2 mod fixes both of these bugs. It's a miracle I got the fixes working.
