Managing User Groups and Permissions
In this video, we go over managing user groups and permissions in our point-of-sale system, Director. User groups allow employees to inherit permission to access point of sales systems without having to create their own user passwords, which is also useful for employers who can then consolidate information.
User groups are one of the most efficient ways that employers can both manage and organize employees using point of sales, by simplifying the login process for employees and reducing the number of passwords to account for in bookkeeping. Large scale, and mid-sized business owners, in particular, can benefit from a user groups system.
