Unfastened rudeness
In more civilized countries, road rage has been eradicated with the help of the police, video surveillance systems, and a caring public. Here in Russia, we seem to have all of the above. And yet, the road hogs are still around. In fact, sometimes they even cause traffic jams, either on the median or oncoming lane. Road hogs routinely recognize each other by their unusual license plates or their provocative behavior. They aren't afraid of the police. Moreover, the police ALSO often drive without seat belts, violating traffic regulations, and smile warmly at us, the caring public. Let's be more caring. We also ask you, friends, to more often record violations on your dashcams and video cameras, and send reports of violators to those who should punish them. The State Traffic Safety Inspectorate will punish you with fines, and we will receive national vilification!
