Vladimir Resin's Secret Flasher
On September 18th, we once again monitored police activity on Kutuzovsky Prospekt, as well as numerous brazen traffic violators. It's not every day that a Ferrari violates the rules, and it's not every day that V. Resin's (former first deputy to Luzhkov) car speeds past with illegally installed flashing lights in its mirrors. We filed a report on all the violators, and a separate report on Resin's flashing lights.
