Having reasonable expectations is all about setting goals that are ATTAINABLE (the third letter in SMART goals - see video link above). If your goals are not feasible/ reasonable / possible/ attainable, then disappointment will result! Thinks generally take much more time than we think, and life does get in the way. However, that does not mean you cannot do it!
