This song's title is now officially "Chinese Girl in the Crayon Land ～ Hallucinatory Fish."
Also, I definitely gave up and am just submitting this now. This song started out quite cool, but left worse and worse impressions as I worked on it. I honestly now can't see whatever it was I saw in it in the first place.
