Mass Effect 3. Refusal Ending. Extended Cut. Words Hurt Too.
The new fourth ending in Mass Effect 3 for the Extended Ending. This is bought about by disagreeing with everything that the Star Child says. Slightly different from shooting him as you see a Reaper destroying a ship in this one. Also includes the short clip that comes after the credits and the message from the Mass Effect Team.
There are two ways to get this:
Shoot the Star Child.
Disagree with everything the Star Child says.

My Shepard was maxed out in Paragon points and also had an Effective Military Strength (EMS) of 4075.
