Jas: Hi, I'm Jas. I'm here with Tom. Tom, I had a buyer ask me a question in regards to buying at Scarborough Town Centre, that they have a dog and which buildings are pet friendly. So instead of answering which buildings are pet friendly, why don't you tell us which buildings should a dog owner avoid at Scarborough Town Centre?
Tom: So the three buildings to avoid at Scarborough Town Centre are the 68 Corporate, 88 Corporatem and 83 Borough Drive. You cannot keep a dog, period. Less than 30 pounds, more than 30 pounds, keep on a leash, no. No dog at all.
Jas: Okay. What if somebody had a cat? Are there any exceptions for cats in these three buildings, Tom?
Tom: Yes, 83 Borough Drive, you can keep a cat. Same goes for 68 Corporate Drive. You can keep a cat or even a small pet inside the unit. But 88 Corporate Drive, no pet policy. No pets of any sort, period.
Jas: So if you're a buyer out there looking to buy at Scarborough Town Centre and have a pet, call us because all the condos have different pet policies. Some will allow you to have two dogs or two cats. Some will say one dog only or one pet only. It doesn't matter what it is. So it's important for you to know this prior to doing your condo search.
