Jas: Hi, I'm Jas. I'm here with Tom and we're just going to discuss the differences between 68 Corporate Drive and 88 Corporate Drive. Even thought they look like Twin Towers from the outside, there are subtle differences. There are at least seven of them. So, Tom.
Tom: So, the first difference is the pet policy. 88 Corporate, no pets allowed. 68, a little bit relaxed they don't let you keep a dog, but you can keep smaller pets in the unit.
Jas: And the second difference is that 68 Corporate Drive actually has 3 bedrooms and 3 washrooms. 88 Corporate doesn't. Their largest unit is a 2 bedroom and a Den.
Tom: The third difference which I noticed. 88 Corporate Drive Master Washrooms, they have a Jacuzzi tub. 68, they do not.
Jas: The fourth reason is the common elements. The elevator and hallways have been upgraded at 88 and look much nicer than 68.
Tom: The fifth reason I noticed. The entrance from the visitor's parking is much more easier at 68 Corporate Drive than 88. 88, you have to walk through a few doors to get to the actual elevators to get to the units themselves.
Jas: The sixth difference is the view. 68 Corporate Drive has better views, especially to the west side towards Scarborough Town Center, towards the 401 and Sunset view. Whereas, 88 Corporate Drive. You're blocked by 68 on the West, the [inaudible 00:01:34] condos on the East, and your only views are really towards the North and the South.
Tom: So, the seventh difference I noticed. Most of the amenities are closer to 88 Corporate Drive than 68. You have to walk through a small walkway to get to the amenities from 68 Corporate. From 88 Corporate Drive, you're right there.
