How to optimize commercial spaces for profitable sale or lease
Our guest is Ivan Fedorenko, an entrepreneur and developer, a man who makes money out of money. Ivan buys unwanted spaces from the city, often in poor condition—basements, ground floors, parking lots—and then transforms them into ready-to-rent businesses, selling or leasing them to entrepreneurs. Ivan has already created 13 ready-to-rent businesses and knows everything about "commerce": what kind of business a particular space is suitable for, how best to optimize it, and how to divide it. Incidentally, he can divide spaces not only horizontally but also vertically: Ivan shared how he increased the area from 95 square meters to 175 square meters by dividing the space into two floors.
