Our 2-axis scoring aggregate offers you proven performance and safety: Electromotive height and lateral adjustment, programmable scoring blade height with quick lowering and quick lifting. With a powerful drive motor of 0.75 kW (1 HP) and speeds of 8,200 rpm with single-sided swiveling or 6,000 rpm with double-sided swiveling, you achieve precise results with every cut.
Convenient parking position: Our scoring aggregate allows you to move the scorer out of your work area to make room for other materials such as solid wood, plastic, or even aluminum. The scorer is always ready to hand, but never in the way. This allows you to use main saw blades with diameters of up to 550 mm without having to schedule additional setup times for the scoring aggregate. Please note that this option is only available for machines with a single-sided swiveling saw unit.
Experience additional efficiency with our RAPIDO scoring system: Chip-free undersides when cutting coated panel materials are ensured. The RAPIDO allows for comfortable cutting width adjustment and reduces this process to a maximum of three minutes. Compared to conventional scoring systems, you save up to 30 minutes of setup time, as the tedious mounting of two-part scoring blades with spacer discs is eliminated. The scoring blade width can be precisely adjusted continuously to the cutting width of the main saw blade without disassembly. Adjustment range: 3.2 – 3.8 mm.
In addition, our LED lighting ensures optimal visibility in the scoring unit's danger zone. With particularly energy-efficient LED technology, the danger zone of the scorer is clearly marked.
