For the first time worldwide, Altendorf introduces a proven clamping principle in the realm of panel saws with its vacuum clamping system. At the heart of this system, integrated into the sliding table, is a powerful vacuum pump. This pump generates a vacuum through pairs of suction cups arranged along the sliding table. Each suction zone can be individually activated with the push of a button, and the outer suction row can be deactivated if necessary to optimally adjust the vacuum to the respective workpiece. This allows for the secure clamping of workpieces with a minimum width of 100 mm.
Whether it's wood, plastic, or aluminum – full-surface workpieces remain securely fixed even during complex cuts like angles, long miters, or sharp edges. With just one button press, the workpiece is released, enabling safe, precise, and comfortable operation without manual errors. The six individually selectable suction cup pairs are available for all table lengths. Additional suction cup pairs are available on request. Please note: Not compatible with TIP-SERVO-DRIVE!
