Making Mason Jar Mayonnaise is quicker than a trip to the grocery store!
What you Need:
Mason jar
Immersion blender
3 egg yolks
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 t mustard
1/4 t salt
1 cup cooking oil (use anything you wish: olive, avocado, sunflower, walnut, etc.)
