I got salmonella... EP.7
It's episode 7 week 8 into my weight-loss journey!
Y’all I got salmonella! I wish I was joking but sadly I’m not! I was in excruciating pain the beginning of the week. Which sucked because I forgot that I was on week 8! I wanted to make a celebration lol anyway I’m much better now! I took a couple of days off to recoup from that and went right back to work as soon as I felt better :)
Self love is important, Self respect, self care. I might not always love what I see in the mirror BUT i'm starting to learn how to. I will always keep trying even if I fail that week.. Always get right back up and keep on truckin. I, YOU, WE will succeed. Enjoy the series and experience my roller coaster ride of ups and downs in journey to my destination. I hope I can somehow in someway inspire some of you to reach your goals.
