It's episode 8 week 10 into my weight-loss journey!
I know, I know. I did not upload last week's weigh in. BUT I did lose weight that at the end of week 9. Cant say the same for week 10. HA! However this is a journey so i'm going to have my good weeks and my bad weeks. From the start I said that I was going to be 100% transparent with you guys and I believe I am. I show you the good, the bad and everything in between. This is why I call it my journey because im not sure how long it will take me but im still as invested in changes as much if not more than when I first started. I'm human and sometimes I wont make the best choices when it comes to food. The trick is not to let it get to me so bad to a point where I no longer care about my journey. Anyways I love you all! Thank you for all the positive feedback and encouragement! Like always, self love is important, Self respect, self care. I might not always love what I see in the mirror BUT i'm starting to learn how to. I will always keep trying even if I fail that week.. Always get right back up and keep on truckin. I, YOU, WE will succeed. Enjoy the series and experience my roller coaster ride of ups and downs in journey to my destination. I hope I can somehow in someway inspire some of you to reach your goals.
