TENS and NMES are easily confused. They are very simular, however they focus on different nerves. Both use electrical current to manipulate nerves in the body.
In this video I focus on the use as it relates to aiding in stroke recovery.
Once you know which one you want, how much do you need to spend to get a GOOD at home device.

My name is Michelle and I am a 12-year stroke survivor who fell in love with how exercise made me feel and later saw improvements in my stroke affected arm from exercising.
I became a certified personal trainer and a specialist in exercise therapy to help others be able to use exercise to improve mood and fight depression, as well as improve physically with increased strength, endurance, and range of motion. I make videos that not only document my journey and process to see gains in my own recovery but to help other stroke survivors work to see gains in their own recovery.
I have specialized training in training programs for stroke survivors as well as other neurological disorders, such as Parkinsons.
