The Strike Slip is a traditional English style milk punch combining Lyre’s White Cane seamlessly with soursop and calamansi lime juice. Named for the geographical event that created the Malaysian basin, the bright and tropical tipple celebrates flavours of Southeast Asia.

2800 ml Lyre’s White Cane
4000 ml Soursop Juice
3000 ml Calamansi juice
2000 ml Milk
1000 ml Green Tea
2000 g Sugar
Bring milk to a boil, then incorporate the soursop, calamansi juice, green tea and sugar. Separate curds to clarify the liquid, then finish with Lyre’s White Cane. Stir and strain over a large ice cube, garnish with a fresh calamansi lime.
