Easy Creme Caramel
For the custard you will need:
500 ml milk (a little over 2 cups)
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 TBSP vanilla or 1 vanilla bean
3 medium eggs
2-3 TBSP sugar
1/8 tsp salt
For the caramel you will need:
1/2 cup white sugar
2 TBSP water
You will also need 4 ramekins, a baking dish, and hot water.
Preheat your oven to 325F.
