Comrades Bar is a bar located in Mohawk Avenue, (directly opposite the Broker Safehouse), Hove Beach, Broker, Liberty City and is popular with the local Russian immigrant population.
The bar was owned by Vladimir Glebov before his death and is the base for his missions, while Mickey works as a bartender there.
The interior of the bar features various references to previous GTA titles, including postcards from GTA: Vice City behind the bar, albums by OG Loc, Madd Dogg and Rudy LaFontaine in the jukebox, a framed picture of Vladimir Glebov near the back door, and dollar bills emblazoned with the woman on the GTA: San Andreas box art behind the bar.

About the game:
Grand Theft Auto IV (also known as GTA IV or GTA 4) is the 2008 eleventh title in the Grand Theft Auto series. The game was developed by Rockstar North and was published and released by Rockstar Games for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. The Xbox 360 and PS3 versions were released worldwide to widespread hype on April 29, 2008. The PC version was released on December 3, 2008.
Grand Theft Auto IV is heavily influenced by Russian gangster movies, such as Brother, and its sequel, Brother 2, and Niko Bellic's physical appereance is based on the character of Sasha, a Bulgarian sniper who works as a mercenary for the Bosnian-Serb Srpska paramilitary organization, from the movie Behind Enemy Lines.
Set within the fictional Liberty City, based on New York City, the single-player story follows Eastern European war veteran Niko Bellic and his attempts to escape his past while under pressure from loan sharks and mob bosses.
