Low Water Death March Float Trip
10.3 mile hike, not 10.3 mile float trip. That's what we did. The bite was decidedly off, but we had fun on a beautiful small Virginia river. It was pretty much a trip to the aquarium, with super clear water, we got to see all that this fishery had to offer, even if they weren't ready to play. We will be back. Lot's of 20 plus inch smallmouth in this small water. We just couldn't catch them in low water.
