FN SCAR 17s for CQB?
I spent time running the FN SCAR 17s on a 50 yard range to test it's functionality in close quarters. I also ran the same drills in parallel with one of my BCM AR15's as a reference to compare the two. The FN SCAR 17s is an accurate and reliable platform, but at 8 lbs its about 2 lbs heavier than a Bravo Company AR15. The furniture on the SCAR needs a few updates, but overall it's a great performer.
