NEW Featured Choreographer: James Pett
James is an experienced choreographer and dance artist, he works with contemporary based styles, takes influence from classical genres, and is inspired by literature and short story narratives to inform his work.
James’ main focus and ambition is to find a way to make people feel again, find connection and be deeply moved. Creatively, he keeps his choreographic process open by allowing different sources and avenues to influence along the way. James believes that movement is an endless process, it is a never-ending path of exploration and discovery. James is premiering his new work ‘Dorian Gray’ as part of the HUMAN triple bill programme at the New National Theatre in Tokyo, Japan 28-29 August 2021.
