EPIC Double Digit Bass Fight on Lake Hampton!!!
Lake Hampton is one of the Best Lakes in North Central Florida for catching lots of bass and for catching Giant Bass!!! It's the beginning of summer the water temps have been in the high 80's forcing the bass to start moving out into deeper water and onto brush piles. Bass follow the bait so with the shallower water heating up most of the fish are looking for cooler more comfortable temps. Lately we've been find fish stacked up on brush piles in about 12-15' of water. Offshore Lou was dragging this brush pile with a drop shot rigged up with a Plum colored Yum Dinger which is one of the best colors and baits here in Florida. He hooked into this Huge Bass and just knew it was a Bucket Mouth Wendy that's when the EPIC Fight began since he was using a 1/O hook on 12 lbs test. This bass turned out to be a double digit Fat Sweaty Betty Offshore Lou was at a loss for words after this!!!
