My AeroGarden Bok Choy experiment
This video was taken a few weeks ago, but I decided to upload it anyway because I found it was neat!
I had intended to grow baby bok choy, but it did grow a lot larger than I had intended. But this does show that it can be grown in an AeroGarden. 
I am very glad that I did grow this in my AeroGarden as I’ve used it in some of my recipes that I have made for my family.
My takeaways:
1. Bok Choy prefers cooler temperatures. When the temperatures in my room became warmer, the Bok Choy began to flower.
2. Some lettuces do not grow well with brassicas like bok choy.
3. Lighting was also important I had my lights set to a 24 hour cycle so it was always on. 
4. Spacing is also very important because if you plant three seeds in one pod, then let them grow and then go ahead and cut the smaller ones out and use them and this will give the one that is growing the strongest, some time to mature.
