Beard or clean shaven? To shave or not to shave? That is the question! Well, lucky for you guys out there I help you tackle this decision and according to all of the scientific research out there, it's not even really that hard of a decision. If you are struggling with the decision to grow a beard or go clean shaven, I will give you a lot of information to make this a lot easier on you all. I also give you some male grooming tips for all of those guys that have decided to grow or keep that beard.
