In the previous part, I talked about building the foundation, it's time for the second part - building the frame of the house from aerated concrete. The main difference between my videos and others is that I am not shy about showing all the construction costs down to the last nail.
This house is being built for sale, but it is well-priced and without skimping on materials and technology. Only within reasonable limits. I never build the way most developers do - cheaply and to sell at a higher price. This is not my approach. I build in such a way that I would live in this house myself.
This is an energy-efficient house made of low-density but highly durable aerated concrete. Brick cladding - cool in the summer and no costs for façade maintenance. It is more expensive during construction, but more economical during operation.
My house is more expensive than many - frame houses or even aerated concrete houses, where thin aerated concrete is used. More expensive than those faced with siding or imitation timber. My house does not need to be painted or worry about the durability of the facades. This is a house for centuries.
