This 110 m², two-story aerated concrete house has been built for sale on a reinforced concrete strip foundation with a gable roof made of metal tiles. The plot is located in the Moscow region, 7.03 acres, in a village with accessible public gas supply, 40 km from Moscow, and has 15 kW of electricity. A 10-minute walk to the train station, nearby forests, quarries for swimming, chain stores, pickup points from marketplaces, and other amenities.
The foundation is double-reinforced, with high-strength concrete grade B25, with low moisture accumulation grade W8. The walls are made of energy-efficient aerated concrete with a density of D350 from the GRAS plant, a compressive strength of B2.5, and a thickness of 375 mm. Even 350 mm of this block provides thermal insulation that exceeds regulatory requirements by 27%.
Interfloor reinforced concrete belt, reinforced concrete interfloor slab, and second-floor reinforced belt, to which the metal roof is attached. Roof insulation is 200 mm thick with mineral wool. High-quality reinforced vapor barrier and water-wind protection from the Proof series. Thermal Rehau windows with 70 mm profiles and energy-efficient double-glazed windows.
