This year, LG is celebrating it’s 50th anniversary. We are very proud of what we’ve achived, we are also proud and excited about what our clients have achieved and are looking forward to the next 50 years.
We have a very special culture here at LG, and the happiness of our staff is at the core of what we do. This is demonstrated by low staff turnover, many employees remaining 5 or 10+ years. One recently retired in December 2018 after 25 years at LG!
What I love about working at LG is that we are constantly looking for ways to innovate so that provide our existing clients with the service they want. We offer a wide choice of cloud & digital systems so the process of sending, or receiving paperwork between us, couldn’t be simpler!
Our firm is one of only 3 UK firms to be a member of GGI, so we are very unique when it comes to offering services to international businesses compared to many of our competitors. If they have an accountancy or tax issue, the chances are we have encountered this problem before, and sorted it out for them.
We love seeing our clients grow and constantly looking at ways to innovate our offering. We recently introduced new mortgage and protection services at the end of 2018.
As Richard Brandon says, ‘Take care of your staff and they will take care of your business’. We are always investing in our staff with training events, yearly staff surveys, coaching and we always recognise key anniversaries.
