Maroon Bells Scenic Area
A visit to the Maroon Bells Scenic Area in October 2013, it's a great place to check out when you are in the Aspen area. The scenic area lives up to its name with great views and a couple of accessible lakes to visit and relax. Fall is a good time of year to visit because it's much less crowded then in summer, and there were no restrictions on automobile traffic.
