GT4 Modding Tutorial: Host Filesystem Setup
Important: there are certain files that will not reflect changes while the game is running:
Spec Database: Needs emulator reset (CARS and RACES files can be edited live)
The following file types require re-packing the VOL and ISO when adding files and making changes:
.pss
.es
.sqt
.ins
.ads
all files in the carsound folder.
