This is the part one of a two part blender tutorial about making this environment animation from scratch. In this video, I'll take you through the process of how I model this environment and how I use paint system addon to hand paint this NPR scene. I will also be using grease pencil and will animate grease pencil objects like stars and clouds in the background.
the grease pencil animation and painterly brushstrokes will be done in the second part, this part will include modelling, setting up of paint system add for all the objects and beginning of painting.
