In this video i'll show you how i create this anime girl character in blender. First I model this character in blender, then i did toon shading by using ilm map. i learned to polymodel this character from @Dikko youtube channel. Check out their channel if you want to learn to model like this. then i used inverted hull method for the outlines and finally used grease pencil to draw over the surface of the model.
