The same as adding an armature to the model of the Google Android (a previous tutorial).

The advantage the CubeeCraft model has is that you can change the image file to give you a new figure (will show how to in next tutorial).

This tutorial shows how to add a rig to a CubeeCraft model of Mr Spock (model can be downloaded from http://blender.freemovies.co.uk ). This is about the simplest rig you can make and is ideal for beginners to rigging.

The key points are -

How to add bones to form a skeleton
How to bind mesh objects to the skeleton (skinning)
How to add inverse kinematics constraints to the limbs

In detail -

In object mode, adding an armature bone
In properties for the armature turning X-ray on
In edit mode adding a bone using E to extrude
Turning x-axis mirror on
In edit mode use shift E to extrude arm bones
Use alt P to break connection and move bones into arms
Repeat for leg bones
Selecting an arm, holding down shift add the arm bone to the selection, ctrl P to make the bone the parent of the arm, repeat this process for all the parts of the Android
In pose mode, select an arm bone, select bone constraints in properties window and add IK constraint, set chain length to 1, repeat for all limbs
