I am always changing what I eat but this is what I am currently enjoying as a busy college student. My main goals for the food I eat are as follows: to be healthy, have energy, and be easy.

Food is precious and there are loads of different varieties and options. I eat mostly whole foods because that’s what I feel best doing. I try to get a moderate amount of protein in my diet from whole food sources.

This diet will be different in 6 months and maybe I’ll make an update video. This is what I am enjoying now.
