YT Shorts Have Gotten Worse
YT Shorts has always been the worst way to watch short formed content, especially compared to Instagram and TikTok, even though there isn't much difference between platforms.
Not even a year ago, I would see clips of TV shows and movies on the shorts tab, and would consider that weak and low effort content. But recently, I've started seeing YT Shorts that I think are genuine slop content. These range from low effort sigma edits to AI generated videos. For content that most people considered the bottom of the barrel, it has somehow gotten even worse.
