Welcome to another week of meals in my kitchen.
Easy Homemade Pizza

For the steak and cheddar scone cobbler :
700g diced stew steak
oil for frying
flour to coat steak
1 large onion, diced
handful mushrooms, sliced
4 carrots, chopped
2.sticks celery,sliced
Veg of choice
1.tbsp garlic puree
1.tbsp tomato puree
Worcestershire sauce
800-900ml beef stock
1tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp heaped, marmite
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp garlic pepper
1 tsp mixed herbs
1tsp basil
Salt and black pepper
for the cheddar scones.
200g plain flour
11/2 tbsp baking powder
80g grated cheddar,cold
70g butter,diced,cold
2.tbsp parsley
just enough milk to combine
Store in refrigerator, wrapped
Oil for hasselback potatoes :
Oil
Parsley
Salt and black pepper
Dried garlic powder
Onion powder
