Loan Amortization Template

This is the culmination of 8 years of financial modeling. In that time I've done a wide range of amortization schedules in many types of models. The logic in this template has the ability to handle any scenario you can think of. The first tab is for any one-time loan, the second tab is for a line of credit. Both have options for an interest-only period followed by an amortization period with dynamic terms.
Both will work with irregular extra principal repayments as well (an input column exists to account for that). There is an option to make the extra payments recast the loan or not.
All logic is on a single tab so you can copy and paste all this logic into any model you desire. I've tried to make it as universally useful as possible with key input areas at the top to account for the most dynamic modeling needs.
