I love the functionality and flexibility of this inventory forecasting model. You can use it if you are a startup, an ongoing operation, or anything in between. The main outputs include inventory purchase requirements. The user can configure lead times, sales forecasts, and minimum inventory levels per SKU. There is also a payment terms functionality to define the % of an order that is paid for in up to three payment tranches.
Lots of visuals are included and the model goes for up to 72 months.
