Hi there I just wanted to post a quick video onwhen is the best time to upload a video on youtube?
Statistically there are the best times to upload your video and statistically there are the worst times to upload your videos.This is all eastern standard time.
The worst time to upload a youtube video is late Sunday afternoon til tues wednesday. Statisically those are the worst times to upload your video. Unless you have a great following or you have a very interesting video. But statisically right across the world. I should say right across north america becasue the us represents 50% of the viewership on youtube. And with Canada mixed in there as well.
The best time to upload a youtube video is between 12pm-3pm on thursday and friday. Statistically thats when people start winding down there work week. Boredom sets in.Thats usually when they watch funny videos, enteraining videos movies reviews etc. So thursday and friday between 12pm and 3pm those are the best times to have your videos uploaded.
And then of course on Saturday morning from 9am til 11am.
College students watch videos on friday nights from 12am til 4am.
So monday, tuesday, wednesday between 2pm and 4pm is when you should start to upload your videos to give youtube enough time to properly index your videos.
If its too early in the morning chances are people are just getting into their office they arent going to watch videos.
