Building a small amplifier part 1/2 - Power Supply
Well I thought it was time for another video. The Reel to Reel tape recorder that I use as the amplifier fro my computer audio is developing problems on one channel, so I thought I'd go and build a new amplifier from scratch.
In this video I show how and how not to make a split-rail power supply.
Disclaimer: Please do NOT attempt to "plug in" a transformer to the mains the way I do. I fully understand the risks involved but I have done this so many times I can practically do it blindfolded, you might not be so lucky.
