Kick-Man or Kickman MAME Arcade Game - MAMECADE 47
http://www.mamecade.com Kick-Man was a unique arcade game released in 1981 by Midway. It featured a clown on a unicycle trying to catch balloons on his head. Strange indeed.
The Mighty Pac-Man also is featured in this game, not as a playable character but just as a scoring mechanism.
Finding a working Kick-Man machine today is nearly impossible.
