How to install VLC Media Player in Ubuntu Linux from Terminal Commands
Just open a terminal and use the following command:
sudo add-apt-repository univers
enter your password
The above command will add Universe repository to your system if it is not enabled already. VLC is available from this repository.
Install VLC now using following command
sudo apt install vlc
