How to install change Folder Icons to Candy Icon Customize XFce Linux Desktop
Download Candy Icons for Linux

Extract the theme in ~/.icons
System wide installation in ${sysprefix}/local/share/icons
In my case, I extracted Icons here
/home/HiLinuxOS/.local/share/icons/
Press Ctrl+H to view hidden files and folders. By default .local folder will be hidden,
