Thinking About it: Talia x Mephisto

Story:
Set after • Blue: Talia x Mephisto
Mephisto creeps up on Talia who is alone in the park, playing her guitar. She sees him and tells him he doesn't have to hide, because she invited him there. Turns out, she wanted to say thank you for returning her medallion. So she made for him a delicious picnic featuring a "Hearly Beast Steak" (a dish from back home she overheard him talking about missing in the past).
Mephisto is amazed (its literally the nicest thing anyones ever done for him), but is a little hurt Talia doesn't intend to stay and eat with him. He convinces her to do so, however, she is cautious and keeps her guard up.
Mephisto doesn't seem to mind and enjoys every bite of his meal. He comments on how it feels like he's home. Talia is glad he enjoys his meal, but mentions she wishes she could feel like she was home.
Mephisto suddenly has a great idea and leads her to the abandoned warehouse. Talia fears the worst when Mephisto starts using very intense, powerful magic, so she transforms...
Spoilers:
When she opens her eyes, Talia is shocked to see she is back home in Xeris, before Graamoor got to it. Mephisto appears, and reveals that it's just an illusion spell and that they were still in the warehouse. But, whenever she missed home, she could come here. And, for good measure, he gives himself a quick Xeris makeover to help the aesthetic. Talia is overwhelmed with emotion and gives Mephisto a big hug!
