This video investigates the motion of a particle with mass as it radially falls inwards towards the mass that is the source of the surrounding Schwarzschild geometry. It considers the observations made by three different observers of the particle’s motion beginning with the derivation of an expression for the energy per unit of rest mass of this particle.
